Matt Wheatley Announced as Highway Data Systems USA General Manager
We are delighted to welcome Matthew Wheatley to the Highway Data Systems family!
Matt has over 25 years’ experience in materials testing and is a dual UK/US citizen. He is an active member of the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association as well as ASTM International and will be running Highway Data Systems USA from Austin in Texas.
